Q Will I own the planet ring
A Sorry, but no you will not own the ring at this time, all Cosmos bodies are "Held in the Public Domain" and are not owned by anyone, some websites that actually sell Cosmos bodies are now facing law suits, but as we say on our homepage we register your claim for any future change in Solar System law, who knows what may happen in the future.

Q Is this a scam or illegal
A No this is definitely not a scam and it is totally legal, we are not trying to sell you the planet ring but to register your ring name and claim for the future when the law may change, then we will pass your claim to the newly appointed authorities, we have spent too many months and invested much capital developing this concept and various websites for it to be a scam, also it is not illegal to set up a register.

Q Why do you need my email address, will it be secure
A There are several reasons we need this, if we only asked you to name your planet ring we would not have any record of who owned it, that is why we ask for your name, we ask for your email address so that we can send you an email confirming your purchase and relevant details. If the law is ever changed we may need to contact you with details regarding transfer of your claim. Your name and email address is not seen by anyone with our automatic system, it is stored on our web hosts data base, we will not use or sell email addresses or give email addresses to anyone. We strictly adhere to all privacy laws.

Q May I change my planet ring name at a later date
A Sorry but this is not possible, once a ring serial number is issued and named the name cannot be changed.

Q Is this the same business that once used Solar Rings as a greetings service
A Yes that is correct, since starting this concept in 2005 we have always tried to improve our concept, we have used 3 different formats as a short term greetings service but felt we could offer something better and longer lasting, we feel this format is by far the best and we intend to keep this format permanently, but will keep trying to improve our service whenever possible.

Q Do you accept telephone payments or postal payments
A Unfortunately we do not, as stated our system is fully automatic and we could not send you a download as certificates are created from database information in real time and are not held by us as a file.

Q What credit cards do you accept
A All payments are collected through our Paypal account, where most all major credit and debit cards are accepted. You do not need a Paypal account to use this service, no extra charges are incurred by the purchaser.

Q May we view the registers
A With our earlier formats we provided a viewable register on our website but had very few viewings, as this operation is an extra cost to us that we have to build into our price we decided not to include it in this format as we would only want to show the planet ring name and not your serial number or email address for privacy and security reasons. You may however view or print off your own certificate as often and as many times as you wish through simple instructions in the confirmation email we send to you.
